For a long time, it has been possible to purchase the vibration tube with motor as a spare part from our webshop, both for SuperTrickler Gen1 + Gen2 and for SuperTrickler Gen3.

Going forward, the vibration tube will be supplied with four adapters at different angles, each with a vibration motor already installed.

This allows you to test the different adapters and find the one that works best for your particular SuperTrickler.

We recommend first testing the adapters using a small piece of double-sided tape. Once you have found the optimal adapter, it can be permanently attached to the vibration tube using superglue.

All customers are now allowed to open their SuperTrickler without voiding the warranty.

However, if anything is damaged during the installation, that damage will not be covered by the warranty, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts.

We will provide detailed instructional videos showing exactly how to replace the vibration tube. If you have some basic technical skills, replacing the vibration tube should be straightforward.
