Welcome to SuperTrickler. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online shop. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

We sell electronic dispensers, balances and spare parts through our online shop.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items or limit quantities at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are shown in USD. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
You are responsible for any import taxes and duties levied in your country.
If your delivery address is within the European Union, VAT will be calculated and added at checkout at the applicable rate for your delivery country.
For B2B orders: enter your company VAT number after selecting your shipping country.
Once your VAT number has been verified, your order will be exempt from VAT.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU/Denmark, customs, TARIFF, and any import fees may be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Orders

When placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Payment problems
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Product unavailability

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. The amount is not withdrawn from your card until the item is shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping time is 3–5 business days, although delays may occasionally occur. Delivery times are estimates.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes for international orders.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

7. Complaints and statutory rights

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months.

If the goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may request repair or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer law. The remedy must be provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Your choice may be limited where the requested remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs.

Where the conditions under applicable consumer law are met, including where repair or replacement is not possible or is not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the purchase and receive a refund. Termination is not available for a minor defect.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Please pack the item securely for return. We recommend using the original packaging if you still have it, but original packaging is not a requirement for making a valid statutory complaint. If special packaging is necessary for a justified complaint, we will arrange for it to be provided.

Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs or contact us via email to receive a return label.

8. Returns and refunds

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@modgunn.com

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.

Please return the goods securely packaged. We recommend using the original packaging if available. Opening or no longer having the original packaging does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Any lawful deduction for diminished value is assessed under the rules described below.

You will be responsible for returning the package and will be liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.

If the product has lost value and this is due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. This applies to both EU and non-EU customers.

For returns from countries outside the EU, you are also responsible for any customs duties, import TARIFF, and handling fees associated with the return.

Packages returned without proper customs declaration or with unpaid charges will be refused.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value described above.

For orders delivered within the EU, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you is not refunded.

For orders delivered outside the EU, original shipping costs are not refunded, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer law.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur a fee for the refund.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@modgunn.com with photos of the issue. Prompt notification helps us resolve the issue, but this request does not limit your statutory consumer rights or applicable complaint periods.

For a justified claim, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as described in section 7. We cover the necessary costs of resolving a justified claim, including reasonable shipping costs.
