If your SuperTrickler is currently running firmware v1.x or v2.x, you must install the v3.3.0 Primer package before installing firmware v3.3.2.
Copy both of the following files to the microSD card:
- auto_ptf_primer.stf
- v3.3.0T1-H1PFX.ptf

⬇️ Download v3.3.0T1-H1PFX.ptf
After the Primer installation is complete, install firmware v3.3.2.

🗄️ 1202 Database Error – Cause and Resolution
The 1202 database error affected early firmware versions and stems from a synchronization mismatch between the Micro SD card and the database engine. When this occurs, the system will lock access to the database to safeguard its integrity.
This issue can be permanently resolved in one of two ways:
- Upgrade to the latest firmware version, which includes a fix for this synchronization bug.
- Manually apply the fix by downloading the appropriate firmware file and copying it to the root directory of the Micro SD card (this is the default folder where the power and preset files are stored)
