Update June 2026: The SuperTrickler now includes a feature that automatically detects whether your balance needs to be programmed.Programming your balance is now much easier:

1. Click Program.
2. Press and hold the Sample button on the balance for 2 seconds.
3. Click Done.
4. The SuperTrickler will now begin programming the balance automatically.
5. Wait until the process is complete and the screen confirms that programming has finished.
6. Once programming is complete, unplug the power cable from your SuperTrickler and plug it back in.
7. The normal startup screen will appear, and your SuperTrickler is ready to use.

The SuperTrickler requires minimal maintenance. Keep the unit clean, free from powder residue, and store it in a dry environment. Always empty all powder from your SuperTrickler after use. If the Bulk Tube starts to perform poorly, we recommend the following procedure: Menu → Sub Menu → Tools → Motors → Change Bulk Tube → Remove Tube. Use IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) to clean the tube. You can also gently clean the opening where the Bulk Tube sits inside the SuperTrickler using a cotton swab. Reinstall the Bulk Tube by pressing it in until you feel resistance. Click Install Tube. This process removes dust and residue that may affect performance. We also recommend calibrating your balance regularly, especially whenever it is moved or environmental conditions change significantly.
