Welcome to SuperTrickler. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online shop. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

We sell electronic dispensers, balances and spare parts through our online shop.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items or limit quantities at any time.

 

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are shown in USD. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
You are responsible for any import taxes and duties levied in your country.
If your delivery address is within the European Union, 25% VAT will be added at checkout.
For B2B orders: enter your company VAT number after selecting your shipping country.
Once your VAT number has been verified, your order will be exempt from VAT.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU/Denmark, customs, TARIFF, and any import fees may be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

 

4. Orders

When placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Payment problems
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability

 

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. The amount is not withdrawn from your card until the item is shipped.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • JCB
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. We charge a 3 % fee.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • EU and international: 3–7 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and/or import taxes for international orders.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging. We recommend that you return the product in the original packaging.

Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs or contact us via email to receive a return label.

 

8. Returns and refunds

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@supertrickler.com.au

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.

To be eligible for a return items must be returned in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for returning the package and will be liable for any damage that may occur during shipping.

If the product has lost value and this is due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. This applies to both EU and non-EU customers.

For returns from countries outside the EU, you are also responsible for any customs duties, import TARIFF, and handling fees associated with the return.

Packages returned without proper customs declaration or with unpaid charges will be refused.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

For orders delivered within the EU, this includes standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

For orders delivered outside the EU, original shipping costs are not refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof of return.

 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@supertrickler.com.au with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Right of Complaint
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@supertrickler.com.au If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
