This is a new CNC machined steel Scale Plate that is x times heavier than the one included.

There are quite a few scales that have drifting problems, and a heavier Scale Plate can in most cases fix this.

It weighs 110 grams, which is 8 times as heavy as the included Scale Plate.

Note.

If your scale is not drifting, there is no need to replace your existing Scale Plate.
