1202 Database Error – Cause and Resolution
The 1202 database error affected early firmware versions and stems from a synchronization mismatch between the Micro SD card and the database engine. When this occurs, the system will lock access to the database to safeguard its integrity.
This issue can be permanently resolved in one of two ways:
- Upgrade to the latest firmware version, which includes a fix for this synchronization bug.
- Manually apply the fix by downloading the appropriate firmware file and copying it to the root directory of the Micro SD card (this is the default folder where the
powerandpresetfiles are stored)
